PTFE

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene. 
 
It has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, airtightness, high lubrication and non-stick properties, electrical insulation and good aging resistance. 
 
The working temperature reaches 250℃, and it still has good mechanical toughness at low temperature. Even if the temperature drops to -196℃, it can maintain 5% elongation.

    • PTFE-N, Natural (Unfilled) PTFE
       PTFE natural (PTFE without a filler) is one of the most chemically inert materials known and is used in many different applications and industries.
    • PTFE-GF, Glass (40% Max) Filled PTFE, 
       PTFE with 20-30% Glass fiber filler which dramatically increases compressive strength and lowers deformation under load.
    • PTFE-CF, Carbon (35% Max) Filled PTFE,
       Increases the compressive strength and wear resistance and provides good thermal conductivity and low permeability.
    • PTFE-G, Graphite (25% Max) Filled PTFE,
       Improves wear resistance, decrease friction and increase sliding properties against soft metals.
    • PTFE-B, Bronze (60% Max) Filled PTFE,
       Improves compression strength, wear resistant, high thermal conductivity.
    • PTFE-PK, PEEK (20% Max) Filled PTFE,
       Improves thermal resistance, sliding properties, surface hardness. Superior properties on dynamic applications
